This Section covers clearing, grubbing, and stripping of the construction site, complete as specified. Clear and grub all of the area within the limits of Construction or as required. The area to be cleared shall be approved by the Owner's Representative prior to the beginning of any clearing.The proposed construction consists of some minor grading for the installation of a new 350 sq. foot modular restroom building with sidewalk access to the adjacent sidewalk along the westerly end of the existing tennis courts, along with utility connections.
