The City of Glens Falls is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional services to assist with multiple projects to make sewer and force main improvements to the Henry Street Pump Station and the surrounding area. The City of Glens Falls, New York (“City”) operates the Henry Street Pump Station and has a current infiltration and inflow study of the surrounding area. The intent of this project is to provide engineering services for the design and construction management of the recommendations that came out of the study. The contract shall include funding support, design the project, prepare bidding and contract documents, and construction administration and inspection services for the work described in this RFP. There are four separate components to this work:Force Main Replacement – Henry Street Pumping Station. Storm Sewer Improvements and Rehabilitation. Force Main Rerouting – Finch Paper Pumping Station. Sanitary Sewer Improvements and Rehabilitation.
