The City of Zephyrhills is soliciting bids from a qualified contractor to demolish the Hercules Aquatic Center located at 38110 County Road 54, Zephyrhills, Florida 33542. The contractor shall be responsible for the demolition, removal and proper disposal (in a location approved by all governing authorities) of all structures, pads, walls, foundations, fencing, pool shell, deck, drainage structures, utilities etc. All facilities to be removed shall be brought to grade with suitable compacted fill material. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, tools and all other items and services necessary for the complete demolition per the specifications contained in this solicitation. All demolition work and materials shall comply with the requirements of contract documents and shall fully comply with all Federal, State and local regulations, building codes and ordinances.
