The City of La Quinta is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide the removal of the existing 8-foot wide meandering sidewalk and the construction of a curb adjacent 10-foot wide sidewalk. The sidewalk will meander around existing utilities as shown in the plans. Work will also include removal of landscaping and hardscaping including mow curb and boulders; modification of the existing irrigation system; grading; striping refresh; and relocation of signing. All project work and incidental items to complete the project shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and other provisions of the contract. Time to complete is 30 working days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
