This Request for Bids (RFB) includes demolition, removal and replacement of 1360 linear feet of sidewalk and stormwater conveyance system restoration and stabilization, along Howell Avenue from Oakwood Drive to Croom Road in Brooksville FL. An Additive Alternate Bid Item is included for the stabilization of the Channel 1 south embankment through the pressurized injection of hydrophobic polyurethane resin (up to 50 SF of embankment area). Qualified bidders are encouraged to provide a line item cost for the work, but it is not mandatory. The bid award will be to the most responsible and responsive, qualified bidder based on the lowest Total Base Bid amount. This project encourages M/WBE participation.
