The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of two (2) Central Station Air Handling Units, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), HVAC controls, Electric Heaters and all associated work described within these specifications for the West Pasco Government Center Basement, 8731 Government Dr., New Port Richey, FL 34654. All work is to be performed according to material manufacturers’ recommendations and in accordance with these specifications and the current building and energy codes. The work shall include, but not be limited to all labor, permits, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, freight, delivery, cranes, lifts, handling, disposal, and supervision required to complete all work as indicated.
