This RFP provides the requirements for complete maintenance, testing, repair and replacement of all HVAC systems at various OUC locations as listed herein. The work to be performed under this agreement shall consist of providing all labor, supervision, administration, material, equipment, technical support, and services necessary to provide such services. The purpose of this contract is to assure that all HVAC equipment and systems are operational and within industry and manufacturer's tolerances. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
