CalTrans is inviting bids for all labor, crane, rigging, materials, parts, tools, equipment, permits, travel and incidentals necessary to remove and legally dispose of the existing three (3) 3-ton heat pump package units, furnish and install two (2) new 9,000 British Thermal Unit (BTU) 16 Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (Seer) mini split unit air conditioning with heat pump. Units will be used for both heating and cooling at temperatures ranging from 55º-85º degrees Fahrenheit. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DVBE participation of 3 percent is required.
