The project consists of providing traffic control, furnishing & implementing a water pollution control plan; clearing & grubbing verifying location & depth of existing utilities, performing earthwork & paving; removing / recycling / salvaging demolition & construction waste; adjusting / relocating / removing utility boxes, vaults, manholes, etc.; constructing storm drain improvements; constructing concrete improvements; installing street lighting, traffic signal improvements & fiber optic conduit; installing striping, pavement markings & signing; installing landscape system (includes trees, plants, irrigation system & site furnishing); maintaining plants during the plant establishment period; constructing other related work; furnishing & applying dust control measures; keeping a tidy appearance of the job site throughout the project; cleaning site at the end of the job; & furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, mechanical workmanship, transportation, & services necessary to complete said project.
