Install 6 inch Water Main and services as shown below and on supplied map. Tap existing 6 inch water main on Hampton Lane with 6 inch x 6 inch tapping sleeve and valve. Provide and install approximately 650 feet of 6 inch C 900 DR 18 water main. Provide and install eleven 11) 1 inch poly tubing water services with curbstops at designated locations. Connect to existing 5/8” meters at two locations. Install nine ) City provided meter boxes at the designated locations. Provide and install one (1) fire hydrant with 6 inch service line and gate valve. Provide and install one (1) flushing valve. Disinfect water main and services per City of Valdosta Standard Specifications for Water and Sewer Construction and industry standards. B) All work includes any necessary road and driveway asphalt/concrete removal and replacement, boring, and directional drilling. C) Contractor shall be responsible for all necessary permits and erosion control measures. D) Contractor shall be responsible for site restoration incidental to the construction of this project, including grading, repair/replacement of pavement, shrubbery, grass (sod), fencing or other supported structures. Site condition to include landscaping and supported structures shall be returned to a condition equal to or better than original condition.
