The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to obtain pricing for and select a qualified Vendor to provide Janitorial Services for NCWRC Headquarters Building. The contract shall consist of an all-inclusive janitorial service to furnish the necessary personnel, transportation, equipment, supplies (except as noted herein) and supervision in maintaining a cleaned and supplied building for the NCWRC headquarters located at 1751 Varsity Drive, Raleigh, NC 27604, Wake County. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
