NCSLPH and The OCME, 4312 District Drive, Raleigh, North Carolina in the Lab Classroom
The Department of Administration is seeking janitorial services as herein specified for the North Carolina State Lab of Public Health and the Office of Chief Medical Examiner. The building at District Drive is a mixed-use facility with limited office space and large areas dedicated to clinical and environmental laboratory testing as well as medical investigations for deaths of a suspicious, unusual, or unnatural nature. The services shall consist of an all-inclusive janitorial service with Daily Cleaning, including all necessary labor, supervision, materials, and equipment in order to keep the contracted areas clean and properly supplied. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
