The California DMV is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide janitorial services at the Tulare DMV Field Office (approximately 4,164 square feet). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. The anticipated term for this contract is December 1, 2019 through November 30, 2021 with a DMV option to extend for an additional twelve (12) months. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
