The Jeff-Davis Board of Education (BOE) is seeking to select, via Construction Management at Risk Qualifications & Proposal process, a Construction Manager (CM) for Interior Renovations to the High School as well as construction of a new 10 court tennis facility. The selected CM is to assist the BOE and its Architect with cost estimating and scheduling throughout the design phase and to build the project thereafter as a Construction Manager at Risk. Firms selected as “Finalist” will be required to submit Proposals.
