The anticipated scope of work for this on-call JOC Railroad General Electrical and Communication Services Contract consists of repair, remodeling, or other repetitive work for railroad general electrical and communication work, which includes, but is not limited to, network communications, fiber optic network installations, Closed Circuit TV, Train to Wayside communications work, general site work land improvements and all required incidental professional and technical services. This contract is for projects typically located in or near the railroad right of way within San Diego County including, but not limited to, right of way reserved for the San Diego Trolley, Coaster, or freight lines. Each Work Order will include the specific and detailed scope of work for the construction and completion of the Work Order, which the Contractor undertakes to perform in accordance with the terms of the Contract, including the manufacture and furnishing of all equipment and materials necessary for the construction and completion of the scope of work. Deadline for submitting written questions is 2:00 PM on May 3rd. Project duration is 3 years. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. MBE goals apply.
