Replace two (2) boilers and associated gas and hydronic piping, add VFDs to existing pumps. Replace existing, air separator, flow control valves, boiler flue and intake vent. Replace gauges and sensors. Replace exhaust fan. Provide control modifications. Provide duct modifications to existing VAV box and rebalance system. Commission system and controls for a complete and operational system.
