The Project work generally includes Conversion of existing admin spaces to classrooms and study rooms, the conversion of a P.E. changing room to a single occupancy restroom, the installation of a walk-in cooler, as well as various existing building and campus upgrades in accessibility, security, fire alarm, minor site work, focused finish and cabinetry replacement, minor plumbing work, and technology improvements.
