The City of Henderson, Nevada, is soliciting responses from qualified construction managers / general contractors for the performance of Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) services for the Kurt R. Segler Water Reclamation Facility Phase 4 Improvements project. The Kurt R. Segler Water Reclamation Facility(“KRSWRF”) is located at 450 East Galleria Drive, Henderson, Nevada. In addition to contracting with a CMAR, the City intends to independently contract with a civil engineering firm “Design Professional” to work with the CMAR and, prior to construction, with a Third-Party Construction Manager. Questions due by Feb 3rd @ 12:00 PM. Prevailing wages apply. Bonds required.
