The work location consists of approximately 275 linear feet of Liberty Street between Broadway and Ann Street, including the south portion of the Broadway/Liberty Street intersection and the north portion of the Ann Street Liberty Street intersection. The general scope of work consists of all site work, construction, and finish work related to the demolition and reconstruction of the proposed streets-cape improvements. All work is subject to prevailing wage rates and requires submission of original certified payrolls as a condition for payment. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the base bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
