The work to be done consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment, and the performance of all work included in this Contract. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendents, materials, plant, power, light, heat, fuel, water, tools, appliances, equipment, supplies, and means of construction necessary for proper performance and completion of the work. The Contractor shall obtain all necessary permits, unless already obtained by the City. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
