DeKalb County Government (the County) is soliciting bids for ITB No. 20-101234 – Lou Walker Senior Center ADA Improvements from responsible bidders. All work relating to the civil portion of the project, unless otherwise included in a detailed specification in the project documents, shall be performed by the contractor and shall meet the requirements set forth in the Georgia Department of Transportation “Standard Specifications Construction of Transportation Systems – 2013.” All GDOT Supplemental Provisions for the applicable specifications shall also apply. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
