The Desert Sands Unified School District is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide modernization construction at Madison Elementary. This includes but is not limited to the following mechanical upgrades at six (6) existing buildings, finish upgrades at ten (10) buildings that include flooring, paint, tackable wall panel, ceilings, doors and door hardware and room signage, and miscellaneous site work throughout. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. The District will receive multiple prime projects.
