The Project is generally described as, furnishing and installing new concrete and asphalt paving, trench drains, exterior metal fence panels, steel fence posts and concrete footings, steel gates, gate hardware, and miscellaneous site furnishings. Selective demolition includes removal of existing wrought iron exterior fence and gates, fence post foundations, fence concrete curbs, masonry fence piers, concrete and asphalt paving, and site benches. Work also includes hazardous materials abatement. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by Bid Security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the Bid Proposal, inclusive of any additive Alternate Bid Item(s).
