The City of Maysville is soliciting bid proposals from qualified construction firms for the construction of the Maysville Amphitheater The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements: All clearing, grubbing, grading, concrete work, storm drainpipe work, design-build masonry and terrace gravity wall construction, grassing, design-build irrigation system, and any other miscellaneous items necessary to provide a complete project. A Bid Bond will be required with proposal submission. The successful bidder shall be required to provide a Payment Bond and a performance bond, each in an amount not less than 100% of the total bid amount, at the signing of the contract.
