The Consultant shall be responsible for Project management and delivery of the Analysis. This work task includes routine communication, regular meetings and milestone meetings between the Consultant and City staff. The Consultant shall routinely communicate with the City, prepare meeting agendas, record and publish meeting minutes. Project Management includes preparing and updating a Project budget and a Project schedule for delivery of project milestones. This work task also includes the timely submission of monthly progress reports, budget management, and invoices.
