The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is inviting bids to Replace Roof - Multiple Buildings at the Michael Unit in Tennessee Colony, Texas. This project requires removal of the existing roof system and replacement with a new thermoplastic PVC roof system, replacement of some damaged structural decking, upgrading the roof rigid insulation and improvement of existing roof drainage system. All work shall be performed as shown in the construction plans prepared by Rooftech. HSP required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
