The work to be performed under these Special Provisions consists of developing the second phase, of Miller Park Dock Piles Removal at Miller Park in Sacramento at 2710 Ramp Way. The improvements will consist of removal of the existing wood dock piles in the Sacramento River, removal of the existing walkway leading up to the boat dock, courtesy dock, and repair the missing paving with new grass. The time for the completion of all work is 30 (thirty working days) from the Notice to Proceed for substantial. All construction has to be completed between July 15th through August 31st as required by California Department of Fish and Wildlife. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
