The work under this contract shall be for furnishing all labor, materials, transportation and services for the construction and installation of the following work: The improvements for this project consist of the rehabilitation of the Montoya II Lift Station and the removal and replacement for the Navarrette Lift Station. In general, the work will encompass: The removal and replacement of discharge piping (DI), pumps, pump bases, header, guide bars, chains, access hatches with safety grates, support brackets, wall sleeves, valves and associated electrical/instrumentation and mechanical equipment. Removal of the “T-Lock Liner” in the wet well. Installation and operation of a By-Pass System for the duration of the project to maintain uninterrupted (constant) operation of wastewater collection. Groundwater dewatering is anticipated for the By-Pass System at Montoya II. Installation of approximately 21 feet of 16-inch Force Main and 570 linear feet of 4-inch Force Main (approved pipe). Installation of a coating system to the control rooms, wet wells, dry vault, piping, fittings, brackets, overhead hoist cabinet and system, and other electrical and mechanical components. Site work including grading, rockwalls, wrought iron fence/gates, concrete sidewalk, concrete pads, header curb and Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete (HMAC).Q&A due by 05/13/19 at 5PM. M/WBE goals. Bonds required.
