The scope of work includes but is not limited to remove all debris, loose materials and previous roof repairs from the true standing seam roof, clean the roof, and install a silicone coating to the entire surface. In doing so, we hope to eliminate the water intrusion that is affecting the interior of the building below and prevent future water intrusion from the roof. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
