The work entails the replacement of the existing municipal parking lot traffic control area including but not limited to the Ticket Booth, Guard Arms, Ticket Dispenser, Signage, Bollards, etc. The Work shall also include the replacement of the concrete islands, curbing, sidewalks (and associated sub-base for these items), and the replacement of the concrete roadway (and associated sub-base) immediately adjacent to the new islands. New asphalt paving and pavement markings are also to be provided, as well as a timber guardrail. Removals and disposal to accommodate the new construction is part of the project.
