meeting at Moreno Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility (MVRWRF), located at 17140 Kitching Street, Moreno Valley, Riverside County, CA 92551 For your safety, attendees shall bring and wear hard hats, safety vests, and close-toed shoes, if construction is present.

Estimate: $2.1 Mil-$2.5 mil

The work comprises the removal of the Tertiary Effluent Pump Station (TEPS) motor control center MCC10M/MA, the removal of switchboards SWBD-1 and SWBD-2, and replacement of motor drives, power distribution panels, PLC control panels, power cables, and control cables in the TEPS. The reduced voltage solid state starters (RVSSs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), and TEPS programmable logic controller (PLC) will be moved from the highly corrosive environment in TEPS electrical room to the TEPs Electrical Building. The scope of work for this project primarily includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Furnish and install two (2) new 480 V low voltage power circuit breaker switchgear sections as indicated on the Project Drawings. 2. Furnish and install new 480 V motor control center circuit breakers as indicated on the Project Drawings. 3. Furnish and install low voltage reduced voltage solid state (RVSS) motor starters and variable frequency drives (VFDs) as indicated on the Project Drawings. 4. Furnish and install power panelboards, lighting panelboards, dry-type transformers, and other low voltage electrical power distribution equipment as indicated on the Project Drawings. 5. Furnish and install a Remote Input/Output (RIO) control cabinet and replace the PLC in an existing RIO cabinet. 6. Furnish and install all aboveground raceway systems including cable tray, conduit, fittings, boxes, supports, and other pertinent components associated with new equipment as indicated on the Project Drawings. 7. Furnish and install additional conduit and associated boxes, fittings, supports, and other pertinent components as required for extending existing conduit to new power and control equipment as indicated on the Project Drawings. 8. Furnish and install all underground raceway systems including conduit, fittings, handholes and other pertinent components associated with new and existing equipment as indicated on the Project Drawings. 9. Furnish and install all low voltage wire and cable resulting in a complete and operable electrical system for new and existing equipment as indicated on the Project Drawings. 10. Salvage existing gears as required to the District. Q&A due by 04/16/19 at 5PM. Bonds required.Prevailing wages.
