The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contract with a qualified Contractor to provide network switches for Rockdale County Public Schools (hereinafter. “Rockdale County Public Schools” or “RCPS”). No refurbished equipment is acceptable. The price provided must include all the materials, equipment and accessories required to furnish a complete system as indicated on the parts list. The vendor’s employees are expected to exhibit professional, courteous Conduct and an appropriate appearance at all times. Any conduct or appearance deemed inappropriate by an RCPS representative will be grounds for removal from RCPS property. Contractors employees are to be respectful to faculty, students and visitors; these employees are prohibited from fraternizing with these groups. Flirtatious behavior, soliciting monies, names, addresses and other such inquiries will be cause for the employee to be removed from the premises. Contractor shall assign the required staff to each location to be serviced.
