Construct a new greenfield 345-kV switching station for Garland Power and Light (GP&L) with three 345kV line positions. The transmission line scope related to this project will be the responsibility of others. Contractor shall terminate circuit from line to switch. All the 345-kV equipment control cable and wiring installation shall be part of this contract. Q&A due by 03/09/20 at 5PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
