The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), (“Owner”), on behalf of the Technical College System of Georgia, “Using Agency”, will accept sealed bids for the “New Agricultural Buildings for Athens Technical College – Elberton Campus” in strict conformity with the bidding and Contract Documents. Project Scope: Construction of two new buildings at the Elberton campus of Athens Technical College. One building is a 17,400 SF arena (Assembly) and construction lab (Business). The structure is pre-engineered metal building with masonry infill to match the existing buildings on campus. The other building is a 10,900 SF Laboratory building (Business). The structure is steel columns, beams and joists with masonry infill to match the existing buildings on campus.
