UNLV is seeking an experienced contractor for remodel of existing office space into a new IDF room. Contractor shall convert existing office space in HOU room 107 into a new IDF room, per OIT specification document Exhibit B “New Houssels House IDF 107 Remodeling Specification” dated July 12, 2019 and Exhibit D. Exhibit C provides a list of UNLV supplied items that shall be installed by the contractor. All demoed and new work to be patched and painted to match existing building. All onsite work shall occur during UNLV’s winter break from December 16, 2019 through January 17, 2020. Question due by Oct 15th @ 5:00 PM. Project must be completed within 60 days of the NTP. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
