The University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA) needs the services of an Engineer to perform Special Inspections and Tests at the proposed new residence hall located on the UNCSA campus, 1533 South Main Street, Winston-Salem, NC. The selected firm shall provide professional inspection and testing services for the project in accordance with the statement of special inspections incorporated into the design plans, consistent with the State Construction Office Special Inspections Guidelines.
