The City of Roswell Council, the governing authority of the City of Roswell, Georgia (“the City”), is requesting offers from qualified firms for the Construction of a mini roundabout at the intersection of North Coleman Rd and Lake Crest Dr. Work includes but is not limited to paving, concrete work, erosion control, storm water, and signing & marking. This intersection improvement will help with speed management on North Coleman Rd where the average speeds northbound and southbound are 15 mph over the posted speed limit. This project will also construct a safe crossing for pedestrian and PTVs to get from Land of Lakes neighborhood to Canton Street. Each bid must be accompanied with a BID BOND (bond only: certified checks or other forms are not acceptable) in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid, payable to the City of Roswell. Said bid bond guarantees the Offeror will enter into a contract to construct the project strictly within the terms and conditions stated in this bid and in the bidding and contract documents, should the construction contract be awarded. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
