The Coweta County School System (CCSS) is accepting bids for fourteen (14) Modular Classrooms to be delivered and set up at Northgate High School per the specifications of this document, attached drawings, all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and in accordance with industry “best practices”, including delivery, hitch removal, setup, and installation. Clean up all construction debris and remove from site. CCSS is seeking a qualified and experienced company to perform these services by providing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary as assigned by this solicitation. Proposers should familiarize themselves with the jobsite conditions and the area designated for the modular classrooms and submit their proposal using modular classrooms sizes that would be the most cost effective and best fuction in the designated space. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after bids are opened. All bids shall be submitted on the provided bid form. A Contractor Affidavit (E-Verify) must be submitted with bid form for the bid to be considered. Any bids exceeding $100,000.00 shall include a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid. A bid bond is the only acceptable form of bid security.
