Provide labor, material, equipment & permits to construct the following: Maintain & control fish passage through the project site; maintain fish ladder access & water supply to adult holding ponds during fish collection periods; dewatering work area as required; demolish the existing barrier dam, intake, fish ladder, and select mechanical & electrical components; drive sheet pile to isolate the work area for construction of the new intake & fish ladder & construction of the weir; grade the river channel & install vertical grade control structures; construct an adjustable obermeyer weir across the river; construct a new intake structure & fish ladder; construct a new Contrator-designed mechanical building; install site piping; install mechanical & electrical components; install river restoration structures; plant & restore the site; grade & pave the site.
