Meeting Point for site visit is a inersectio of Yountville Cross Road and State Lane in Napa County. Meet at this location and sign in the group will then drive to the individual project sites.

The Contractor shall schedule and sequence the work so that all earthwork and improvements are completed no later than October 15th, 2019.All work within the active channel cannot begin until June 15th each season and must be completed, including complete removal of temporary dewatered areas by October 15th. EPA MBE/WBE participation requirements apply. All questions must be e-mailed to Andrew Butler (andrew.butler@countyofnapa.org), or submitted in person at Napa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, 804 First Street, Napa, CA 94559, by May 02, 2019 at 3:30 pm. No questions will be accepted after this deadline.
