The City of Peekskill seeks bids for reconstruction of approximately 1,100 feet of roadway and sidewalk from the intersection of North Division Street to the entrance of Hampton Oaks Apartments. The project also includes installation of water utilities, rehabilitation of sanitary sewer lines, and reconstruction of drainage infrastructure. The project is Federally-funded and the Contractor must comply with Federal and State provisions. each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond acceptable to the City in the amount of not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
