The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform maintenance, repair, renovations, installations, or alterations of electrical systems including lighting, power, electrical related fixtures, and any other electrical system components requested by the City. The Contractor shall at all times keep the work area free of debris and any waste materials. Contractor shall be responsible for the removal of all trash at the end of the day at no additional charge.
