This Scope of Work describes the Contractor requirements to provide on-call services to perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks, on electrical equipment, located at Orange County Sanitation District’s (OCSD or District) Reclamation Plant No. 1 in Fountain Valley, CA, Treatment Plant No. 2 in Huntington Beach, CA, and in Pump Stations located at various location in OCSD’s service area. The Contractor shall be required to provide work crews consisting of a Lead Technician, Maintenance Technician(s), Maintenance Workers, and all required test equipment, tools, and miscellaneous items to perform on-call services. Project duration is a one year period plus four optional 1 year renewal periods. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
