Contractor will provide all labor, material, tools, and equipment necessary to complete assigned landscape maintenance projects including, but not be limited to: short-term routine maintenance of landscaped and/or non-landscaped areas along transportation corridors; weed abatement and special one-time cleanup projects; irrigation system repair, removal, and/or replacement; plant and small tree removal and/or replacement; and other projects resulting from a request for project proposal. All work will be assigned on an as-needed basis and be based upon a process of soliciting competitive proposals.All work performed shall conform to the City of Sacramento Landscape Maintenance Services General Specifications and Provisions, LS14 and the City of Sacramento General Specifications for Public Construction. Prevailing wages apply.
