Tompkins County, New York (hereinafter referred to as the “County”) is soliciting Proposals from firms (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) in the recycling and solid waste management industries interested in operating the County’s Recycling & Solid Waste Center (“Facility”). The operation will both receive and process solid waste and organic wastes and receive, process, and market recyclable materials. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
