Work shall include but not be limited to the following: Walls shall be primed and have two (2) finish coats of paint. Door frames shall be sprayed, not brushed. Overspray on any surface shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to clean or replace. Clean up and proper disposal of all trash, debris, material, waste, etc. as it pertains to this project shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. Contractor shall supply sample of colors for Owner approval. Epoxy painting shall be done on weekends. Contractor shall be responsible for protection of any object(s) that are not to be painted. Contractor shall touch up and resolve any punch items, at no additional cost to the County. Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount equal to no less than five percent (5%) of the Total Cost for the Work. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
