The City of Texas City is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to build an administration facility building. The construction site is 8.30 acres situated on the Southwest corner of 33rd Street and Magnolia Avenue. The site proposal includes 3.3 acres of concrete pavement and a 13,100 square foot steel frame building with brick masonry, composite metal panels for canopies, overhangs and perimeter accents and glazing elements. The building will house a public use lobby area, Texas City Emergency Operations Center and the Gulf Coast Center Administration Facilities. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
