The California Department of Motor Vehicles is inviting bids for all labor, tool, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services at the San Francisco DMV field office (approximately 72,803 square feet) for the term of the agreement. The anticipated term of the agreement is September 01, 2019 through August 31, 2021 with a DMV option to extend twelve (12) months additional. Truck mounted equipment is required in the performance of sweeping services. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
