Furnish and installing all new HVAC equipment and related materials into the Rabun Paws Animal Shelter. Bids must be submitted with a 5% bid bond. No faxes or emailed bids accepted. Standard Rabun County contract forms will be used. The animal shelter will be operational during he construction process. All actions shall be taken to keep a clean and functional workplace with minimal disturbance on daily operations. Contractors are invited to submit a lump sum bid.
