Install Cleaver Brooks Profire Burner and Controls (Model LNEG-252 Size: 2) with Cleaver Brooks Hawk 1000 Controls. Burner features shall include: 30 ppm NOx emissions, Full modulation with turndown of 10:1, Maximum Input 21,000 MBTU/hr, 480 V/3 phase/60 Hertz, 25 hp blower motor, high efficiency ODP, Controls shall be Bacnet MSTP compatible, O2 monitoring and air trim control. Installation shall include: removal and disposal of old burner, mounting of new burner onto existing boiler, installation of new flue gas recirculation piping from boiler exhaust stack to burner, installation of new gas train, configuration and startup of BAS interface, all necessary electrical connections, boiler start-up and testing, fuel/air ratio tuning, and all necessary clean-up. Contractor shall provide all associated operations and maintenance manuals and wiring diagrams. Owner training shall also be provided with operations and maintenance staff. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to not less than five percent of the Bid. Both a performance bond and a payment bond will be required, each in an amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract Sum prior to execution of contract. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
